For how long is the subscription?

The subcription has no minimum length. You may cancel at any time. A 15 day cancellation period applies.

Will my price go up after the first order?

Absolutely not. The discounted price you pay for your first order will be the same price you'll pay for every reorder. It is like placing a new order every month, and getting free shipping on each one of them. So if you place an order of 3 bottles, you take advantage of both the three-pack discount and free shipping.

How do I cancel my subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time. A 15 day cancellation period applies. If you contact us more than 15 days before your next shipment will be processed we can cancel your next order. This gives you two weeks to decide every time you receive a shipment to decide if you'd like to continue. You can also pauze your subscription if you're stocked up more than enough, for details see below.

You're shipping me more Powerimmune than I use

If you use Powerimmune as directed as a preventative maintenance for your immune system, you'll use about 1 bottle per month per person. But if for whatever reason you use less, and you still have unopened bottles when our next shipment arrives, you can simply contact us to pauze your subscription. You may hold off on new shipments up to three months. This is also handy when you'll be traveling. Just inform us of your travel plans in advance and we'll work with you to fit your plans.

I don't know if this will be convenient for me, can I try this out first

You may always place a one-time only order to try Powerimmune. Simply do not check the subscription checkbox. However, you might as well save on the shipping and start your subscription, because you may cancel it at any time. (a 15 day cancellation period applies)
