Below is our return policy. It contains information about returns, refunds and undeliverable packages. By placing an order on a Fitura LLC website, you are accepting the practices described in this Return Policy. If after reading it you have any questions feel free to contact us, we always like hearing from you.

IN SHORT

You may return any new, unopened item bought directly from Fitura LLC within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Items that are returned between 30 and 60 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. Opened items are only accepted if they are defective). See below for details on our return policy, refunds and undeliverable packages.

If you need to return an item, just e-mail or call us and we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing label.

If you like to ship an order to a military base, prison, or abroad, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm we are able to ship to your address.

IN DETAIL

Returns

You may return new, unopened items acquired directly from a Fitura LLC website. For a full refund return items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just e-mail or call us, and we will guide you through the process and supply you with a return mailing label. A 25% restocking fee will apply for any items that are returned between 30 to 60 days after delivery. We do not accept any returns after 60 days after delivery.

No refund will be issued on items that have any obvious signs of use (such as a broken safety seal) or are not returned in the condition it was received (such as a damaged label).

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once we receive them.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, e-mail or call us to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item (above return policy applies) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

In-Store Returns

If you purchased a faulty Fitura LLC product in a store of one of our resellers, please contact us directly to issue an exchange. If you would like to exchange an unfaulty item for a different one, please see the reseller first. If they are unable to assist you, you are welcome to contact us to see if we can provide a solution. Faulty items purchased directly from a Fitura LLC website cannot be returned to a physical store.

Using our Return Mailing Label

If you allow us to provide you with a return shipping label, please note that each return mailing label is prepared for a specific shipment. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from the same order, in the same box, without our consent as the shipping label is prepaid for a specific amount and might not cover the additional weight or size.

If you use this mailing label and the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay the return shipping costs. If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be equivalent to our standard shipping cost for that item.

If you prefer to arrange your own return shipping let us know when arranging your return. Once we issue a return shipping label and you did not qualify for free return shipping its costs will be deducted from your refund, regardless if you use the label or not. If you do qualify for free return shipping you must use our return shipping label, we will not be able to refund your own shipping costs.

REFUNDS

How and When Refunds Are Processed

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. If you paid directly from your bank account, it may take up to 10 additional business days for the credit to be posted to your bank account. If you paid by check, it will take longer for you to receive the refund.

If you returned only one item from a multi-item shipment

You will be reimbursed for the original shipping fee minus the shipping costs for the remaining items of that order. In other words, you will not be reimbursed for that part of the shipping fee that would have applied when shipping the products you are not returning.

If you took advantage of any Free Shipping promotion when placing your order

The original shipping savings associated with the returned item(s) will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return was due to our error.

UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Undeliverable Packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will contact you to see if we can re-ship it to another address. If not, we will issue a full refund (including shipping charges).

If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and we have not contacted you regarding the shipment 2 weeks from the estimated delivery date (4 weeks for international orders), please e-mail or call us.

Where to ship

We check the address you entered against the U.S. Postal Service database if you place your order on a Fitura LLC website (not when using PayPal or Google Checkout) to make sure it is properly formatted and accepted by the U.S. Postal Service. But sometimes The U.S. Postal Service does not deliver to certain address. If you also have a PO Box, it is recommended to use that as your address instead. Make sure to mark a U.S. Post Office box as P.O. Box and a private mailbox (with a local commercial mail receiving agency) as PMB or only with #.

Also, if you (or your office) have put in a request for address forwarding, please note that the U.S. Postal Service only forwards first-class mail and magazines, it does not forward packages.

Gifts

If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you plan to place an order and have it delivered at someone else's address, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.

Unconventional addresses

If the order should be shipped to a military base (APO or FPO address) or prison, there may be delivery restrictions associated with the items. These restrictions are determined by the penitentiary or military base and may vary. Please make sure you are allowed to receive the items and check with us to confirm we can ship to you before placing your order. You can e-mail or call us

This Return Policy is an integral part of the Fitura LLC Policies as outlined in our Policies overview. If you choose to visit a Fitura LLC website such as fitura.com or powerimmune.com, your visit and any dispute over returns or other matters, including privacy, limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the state of California, is subject to this Return Policy and all Fitura LLC Policies.

Our business is dynamic and will probably change over time. As such we may make periodical revisions to the terms and conditions of this website, including this Return Policy. All transactions will always be bound by the then most recent terms and conditions. Please inform yourself of any changes when revisiting our website.
